The Mercure Hotel is located in the historic building of the former Polmos distillery. The building itself is situated in the "city within the city" - Fabryczna City, which is currently being developed in Krakow's Grzegórzki district. Here, historic buildings have been expertly combined with a modern extension, creating a place with a very unique character. Of particular note is the glazed passage connecting the hotel, a restaurant, and a café space which contains its own brewery. Guests at the Mercure Kraków Fabryczna City & Conference Center have 195 rooms at their disposal, including 28 rooms and 21 apartments , also accessible is a swimming pool, and a fitness center. The conference section consists of 10 multifunctional conference and event rooms with a total area of 2,500 m2, and exhibition space in the foyer.
Additionally, there is a Museum of Vodka commemorating fomer activity of "Polmos" factory.
